“From the beginning in working w/the sales rep who was very patient with us to working w/the project manager to build our home & moving in in June 2020, I can state that we are totally very pleased & proud we went with Zeilman James Homes as our builder. We made a few changes & added a few items with minimal cost. They stayed on their commitment & always provided progression reports! A couple minor items were addressed promptly. Their final one year inspection saw a couple items which we did not see & also promptly resolved it. Phone calls & text promptly returned by the project manager & also very patient. They are totally with you & knowing we were sometimes nervous throughout the build & respectively made sure to satisfy our zillion questions as we were here very often watching it go up.
